Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern orders placed with Mr Crousty, 5540A Chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal (Québec) H3T 1Y9.

1. Orders

Any order placed on this site constitutes acceptance of these terms. Mr Crousty reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event that a product is unavailable, that a price is obviously incorrect, or for any other legitimate reason.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (GST and QST) are calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices may change at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

3. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of the order, using the methods offered at checkout. The order is confirmed once payment has been authorised.

4. Delivery and pickup

Stated times are given as an indication and may vary depending on how busy we are, the weather and traffic conditions. Any delivery charges are displayed before the order is confirmed.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Because our products are food items prepared to order, an order cannot be cancelled once preparation has started and is not subject to a right of withdrawal.

If an item is missing, incorrect or does not match your order, contact us within 2 hours of receiving it at media.mrcrousty@gmail.com. After verification, we will replace the item or refund the corresponding amount.

7. Personal information

The handling of personal information is described in our privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada, in particular the Consumer Protection Act. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Montréal.
